How To Book An Appointment
To schedule a facial appointment, please contact Parlor 11 via email at email@example.com or call (206) 499-3334. Note that I can respond to email more quickly than phone messages. Though I strive to return your message within 24 hours, due to the dedicated time I spend with clients it may take up to 48 hours to get back to you.
Most appointments book 4 weeks out, and end of day and Saturday appointments typically book 6-8 weeks out. It is best to re-book upon leaving your treatment to avoid longer waiting times and to maintain your treatment schedule.
Location and Parking
I am located in Belltown on the corner of 3rd and Vine in a brown brick building, one of the few old school buildings left in the area. Enter through the back/parking lot side of the building. Parlor 11 is just up the stairway in the middle of the building. You may use parking spots 11 or 12, but if those are taken there is plenty of street parking. Be sure to give yourself 2 hours and 15 minutes at the meter to allow for treatment and check-out time.
What To Bring
If you are a first time client please bring any facial products as well as topical medications you are currently using. If bringing the products is too cumbersome, please prepare a list of the products and medications. This assists me in understanding your skin condition and needs so I may provide a more comprehensive skin analysis.
Life happens to all of us and I try to be as accommodating as possible. Parlor 11 is a small business, and scrambling to fill appointments after late cancellations requires time I don’t have, and interferes with my ability to provide service to other clients. I ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you will not be able to make it to your session. My cancellation policy is as follows:
72 hour notice is greatly appreciated.
You will be charged 50% of the cost of service for cancellations in less than 48 hours.
The full cost of the service will be charged for same day cancellations.
